How long will it take to get a refund?

After receiving and checking the returned product, the refund is processed via the original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
However, depending on the situation (proven defect, preparation error, or exceptional circumstance), Maison Kelia may, as a commercial gesture, decide to cover all or part of the return costs.
