Free delivery in France by courier after dispatch
For all EU orders, free delivery by DPD in 3 working days after dispatch.
For the rest of the world, free delivery by FedEx and DHL in 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Taxes and customs duties are included for the following countries:
- Europe: EEC member countries, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
- North America: USA & Canada.
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Brunei, Bahrain, Israel.
- Asia: Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia and New Zealand.
For all other countries, taxes and customs duties are not included in the price displayed on the website and will be payable by the customer upon delivery of the product.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from receipt of your package to return your items via our interface, which will provide you with the return label.
Return fees per product are:
- €10 for France (Colissimo),
- €20 for European Union countries (Colissimo),
- €30 for the rest of the world (DHL).
We will deduct these return fees from the refund of your order.
